Painting is my passion.

Painting has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—whenever I had the time, I would pick up a brush. I still remember the excitement of receiving my first oil painting set at 13. My mother treasured my very first painting, and to this day, it hangs on my studio wall. It may not be a masterpiece, but to her, it was—and that has always meant the world to me.

For many years, painting was simply a passion, something I did for the love of it. But in 2020, I made the leap to share my work with others. Living in the beautiful beachside community of Rockport, Texas, inspiration surrounds me. From the graceful shorebirds and vibrant wildlife to the ever-changing hues of the marshes and breathtaking coastal sunsets, I find endless beauty waiting to be captured on canvas.

I’ve spent years refining my craft—studying books, attending workshops, and learning alongside fellow artists. Every time I pick up a brush, I discover something new, how colors interact, the dance of light and shadow, the subtle shifts that bring a scene to life. I get lost in the process, absorbed in translating what I see and feel 

onto the canvas.
